Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our Ponce, PR location, ensuring safe, on‑time production and high‑quality service for our electrical distribution customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tool crib replenishment and MRO purchasing in partnership with the customer.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable for the site.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, and develop staff, handling disciplinary actions as needed.
• Identify and implement large‑scale, long‑term cost‑saving initiatives.
• Act as liaison between the customer and vendors, ensuring vendor performance meets expectations.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation and site reports.
• Drive growth of Turtle’s business on‑site while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with purchasing practices and procedures.
• At least 3 years supervising staff, including hiring, disciplining, and terminating.
• Knowledge of site materials, products, and commodity markets.
• Experience in integrated supply environments.
• Independent thinker, strong multitasker with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and expectation‑management skills.
• Organized, flexible, and capable of sourcing effectively.
