ServiceNow Business Analyst – French Speaker

About the role

Dellent, a consulting firm specialized in information systems and telecommunications, is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst who is fluent in French to join a fast‑growing project in the investment banking and financial services sector. The position is based in Porto and follows a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document functional requirements, process flows, and use cases for ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Apply UX/UI principles to ensure user‑friendly designs.
• Support ITIL‑based service management processes.
• Participate in testing, validation, and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• More than 4 years of experience as a Functional or Business Analyst.
• Proven ability to produce clear functional documentation.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in requirement gathering.
• Fluency in English and French.
