Service Technicians Trainer

About the role

Electrolux is looking for a Service Technicians Trainer to coordinate and deliver technical training for service personnel across Puerto Rico, Central America, and the Caribbean. The role combines classroom instruction, virtual sessions, and hands‑on support to ensure high‑quality after‑sales service for refrigeration, laundry, and food‑preparation appliances.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver bilingual (Spanish/English) technical training programs, both in‑person and virtually.
• Develop training materials, presentations, technical manuals, and instructional videos.
• Provide technical support for refrigeration, laundry care, and food‑preparation products.
• Analyze failure reports, support corrective actions, and prepare training documentation using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Maintain the training area, tools, and equipment in optimal condition.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives in service and training processes.
• Offer technical leadership to local in‑house and third‑party service technicians.
• Conduct field testing for new products and generate related reports.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical training roles, including content development.
• Technical education or licence in Refrigeration, Electronics, Electromechanics, or a related discipline, with hands‑on appliance repair experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), PDF editing, video editing software, and training technologies.
• Strong communication skills, customer‑focused attitude, and ability to travel up to 50 % of the time.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
