Server Assistant – Pool Restaurant

About the role

The Server Assistant supports the restaurant team at the poolside venue of Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico, ensuring a seamless and polished dining experience for guests. Working closely with servers, you will handle table preparation, clearing, and resetting while anticipating guest needs.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate and attend to guest and owner requests proactively.
• Retrieve, stock, and arrange linen, china, silverware, glassware, and beverage items.
• Perform opening and closing side work, ensuring tables are set to standard.
• Provide water service throughout meals and safely carry and break down trays.
• Clear and reset tables for the appropriate number of guests.
• Assist servers during service and respond quickly to any mishaps.
• Complete additional tasks or projects assigned by management.

Required profile

• Average proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish.
• Minimum one year of experience in food and beverage service or a comparable role.
• Ability to carry and balance trays safely.
• Strong multitasking skills in a high‑volume environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
