Server Assistant - Lobby

About the role

The Lobby Server Assistant supports the dining team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico, ensuring guests receive a seamless and elegant dining experience. Working in a high‑volume environment, you will assist servers with table preparation, service, and turnover.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate and attend to guest and owner needs proactively.
• Retrieve, stock, and arrange linen, china, silverware, glassware, and beverage items.
• Complete opening and closing side work, ensuring tables are set to standard.
• Provide unobtrusive, professional service, including water service throughout meals.
• Carry and break down trays safely, clear and reset tables for the next guests.
• Assist servers during service and respond quickly to any mishaps.
• Perform additional tasks or projects assigned by management.

Required profile

• Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Minimum one year of food‑and‑beverage service experience or equivalent.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray and multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
