Senior Tax Consultant – Tax & Transactions

About the role

Bravemind is looking for a Senior Tax Consultant to join the team of a consultancy company in Lisbon. The role sits within a tax advisory environment focused on transactions, cross‑border structures and corporate tax matters, working with multinational clients across different industries.

Key responsibilities

• Participating in tax due diligence projects in both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions
• Contributing to the analysis of tax impacts in M&A and restructuring transactions
• Assessing the tax implications of investment and divestment structures
• Reviewing and analysing tax aspects of transactional documentation and financial models
• Preparing technical analyses, memos and supporting documentation on complex tax matters
• Participating in cross‑border and international tax projects
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary and international teams

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Management, Law, Accounting or similar
• At least 2–4 years of professional experience in Tax Advisory, International Tax, Transaction Tax or Corporate Tax
• Experience in M&A, Tax Due Diligence or corporate restructuring projects
• Exposure to international / cross‑border projects (strong advantage)
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
