Senior RGM Analyst – Pricing & Promotion Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with solid experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) or Category Management within the FMCG sector. Based in Lisbon, you will support leading manufacturers on pricing and promotion strategies, turning data into clear, revenue‑focused recommendations. The position operates in a hybrid model with at least one day per week in the office and requires strong English communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Join a regional RGM team serving FMCG clients, primarily in the DACH market, with opportunities across Western Europe.
• Lead RGM projects end‑to‑end, managing timelines, coordinating internal experts, and interacting with clients.
• Partner with commercial and executive client teams to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Translate business needs into tailored RGM outputs, adapting content for various audiences (Category, Consumer Insights, Sales, Leadership).
• Utilise NIQ data, analytical tools, and PowerPoint to answer pricing, promotion, and revenue questions.
• Convert analytical results into business‑focused presentations and deliver insights in both formal and informal client meetings.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and support NIQ’s broader objectives.
• Potentially expand expertise to Category Management and assortment projects.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a similar consulting or business role within FMCG.
• Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, and revenue drivers.
• Excellent business relationship and communication skills.
• Fluent English (additional European languages, especially German, are a plus).
• Analytical mindset with consulting‑style communication.
• Comfortable working in a digital, data‑driven environment.
