About the role

Altium is building a cloud platform for electronics system design and needs a senior QA engineer to ensure the quality of new features. The role focuses on full‑stack testing with a strong emphasis on backend APIs, data validation, and complex system analysis.

Key responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end quality of features within the team.
Test backend APIs (REST and GraphQL) and data flows.
Analyze complex system behavior and edge cases.
Validate data integrity across services.
Perform exploratory testing and root‑cause analysis.
Collaborate with developers on design and testability.
Write automated tests using existing frameworks when needed.

Required profile

4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.
Strong experience with web applications and APIs.
Solid understanding of backend systems and data validation.
Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
Experience designing tests for complex scenarios.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
