Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

KCS IT is seeking a senior‑level Project Manager to lead IT projects remotely while being available to work from Porto or Lisbon. You will join a dynamic consulting firm that values dedication, transparency, and teamwork, helping clients across consulting, outsourcing, innovation, and training.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver complex IT projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring clear communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Apply best‑practice methodologies such as PMP or Scrum to drive project success.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• University degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in project management or delivery management within the IT sector.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are highly valued.
• Strong English communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to be based in or travel to Porto or Lisbon.
