Senior Project Manager (Management Consulting)

About the role

A leading international financial institution is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Lisbon team. You will operate in a complex, multinational environment, leading non‑IT management‑consulting projects from concept through delivery while maintaining rigorous standards of communication and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage non‑IT consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on scope, schedule, and quality.
• Coordinate and engage senior stakeholders across multiple business lines and geographies.
• Create high‑impact presentations and executive reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Drive change‑management initiatives, securing alignment and adoption across affected teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and apply corrective actions as needed.
• Produce clear, structured reporting to support senior‑level decision making.

Required profile

• Proven project‑management experience in management consulting or financial services.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated autonomy, structured approach, and attention to detail.
• Experience leading change‑management and transformation initiatives.
