Senior Project Manager

About the role

Ivy Partners, a Swiss consulting firm, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic initiatives, primarily within the insurance sector. You will act as both Project Manager and Business Analyst, bridging business needs with technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to delivery, implementation, and closure.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, document and challenge requirements.
• Lead multi‑project portfolios or large‑scale strategic initiatives, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies.
• Prepare and present executive‑level updates, steering‑committee materials and status reports.
• Facilitate change management, governance and stakeholder communication throughout the project.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business owners and IT delivery teams to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of combined project management and business analysis experience.
• Strong background in the insurance industry with solid understanding of its processes.
• Proven ability to deliver projects independently from initiation to successful completion.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills, comfortable engaging senior executives.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to challenge senior stakeholders when needed.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
