Senior Project Manager

About the role

Aubay Portugal is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead technology initiatives that bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative digital transformation projects for clients across banking, insurance, automotive, and other strategic sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor technology projects from initiation to delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and budgets using Jira.
• Generate project performance reports and dashboards with PowerBI.
• Ensure adherence to best‑practice project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager or PMO.
• Proven track record managing technology projects and coordinating business‑technology interfaces.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Legal right to work in Portugal (citizen or valid work permit).

Required skills

• Jira for project tracking and management.
• PowerBI for reporting and monitoring.
