Senior Product Manager

About the role

Intermedia’s AI & Data Product Management team is looking for a hands‑on Senior Product Manager to own a slice of the AI roadmap, from discovery through launch. You will work closely with engineering, UI/UX and stakeholders to deliver AI‑driven experiences that customers love.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for a defined product area, balancing customer needs, business goals and technical realities.
• Run discovery with customers, stakeholders and data to identify problems worth solving and validate solutions.
• Translate opportunities into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, and partner with engineering to deliver them.
• Collaborate with UI/UX to shape intuitive, high‑quality experiences, coordinating prototypes and design assets.
• Prioritize and maintain a healthy backlog, participate in Agile ceremonies and track product performance through metrics and feedback.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience delivering SaaS software products.
• Demonstrated ownership of a product area from discovery through launch.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using data and customer feedback to make decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency with strong asynchronous communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑powered features, LLMs and AI agents.
• Familiarity with Scrum or other Agile frameworks.
• Good sense for UI/UX and usability, able to partner effectively with design.
• Technical aptitude for problem‑solving in a SaaS environment.
