Senior Product Designer

About the role

Luxclusif is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of its internal B2B platforms and back‑office tools. You will work within a multidisciplinary squad to translate complex operational challenges into intuitive, data‑driven user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and operational stakeholders to define problem spaces and design solutions that improve business efficiency.
• Drive design strategy by evaluating goals, metrics and outcomes to shape long‑term product evolution.
• Lead discovery activities, create research briefs, select methodologies and turn insights into product direction.
• Navigate technical constraints, partner closely with engineering, and deliver scalable, high‑density UI patterns.
• Mentor peer designers, set the bar for UX/UI craftsmanship and ensure cohesive experiences across complex, data‑heavy systems.

Required profile

• Proven track record solving complex B2B operational challenges.
• Experience taking user‑centered platforms from discovery through delivery.
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear, actionable design solutions.
• Excellent collaboration skills within multidisciplinary squads.
