Senior Manager – Product Management, Strategy & AI

About the role

Oliver Wyman is looking for a Senior Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of a portfolio of internal AI products and capabilities that support the consulting delivery workforce. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, turning firm priorities into product roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of AI‑enabled internal products and platform initiatives.
• Define and execute multi‑horizon product and platform roadmaps, delivering incremental improvements and large‑scale transformations.
• Translate enterprise AI priorities into structured product sequencing and delivery plans.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to develop executive materials and business cases that articulate AI investment value, risk, and impact.
• Monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, and value‑realization indicators to guide iteration and course correction.
• Ground product decisions in deep end‑user insight, collaborating with design and research teams to turn friction points into actionable initiatives.
• Design scalable product operating models, workflows, and governance mechanisms within Quotient workstreams.
• Establish structured prioritization, intake, and performance‑tracking processes.
• Build strong cross‑functional partnerships across Product Strategy, Engineering, Design, Data, and consulting stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading AI‑focused product strategy and delivery at a senior level.
• Strong ability to translate business priorities into actionable product roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills in matrixed, complex environments.
