About the role

As a Senior Manager in Financial Services Tax with a focus on real estate, you will guide clients through complex tax compliance and strategic consulting matters. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, lead large‑scale projects, and help shape innovative tax solutions across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tax compliance and advisory engagements for financial‑services clients, emphasizing real‑estate transactions.
• Advise on local and international tax obligations, structuring deals to optimise business outcomes.
• Manage cross‑border tax projects, navigating diverse regulatory environments.
• Develop and implement strategic tax‑planning initiatives tailored to client needs.
• Draft, review and ensure accuracy of tax documentation in line with relevant regulations.
• Analyse financial statements and trends to provide actionable tax recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering technical growth and inclusive teamwork.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive tax solutions.
• Contribute to the development of innovative tax services within the asset and wealth‑management sector.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in tax, finance or related advisory roles.
• Professional credential such as CPA, Bar membership, or equivalent tax/finance qualification.
• Strong analytical thinking applied to tax compliance and corporate planning.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross‑border tax engagements.
• Experience in financial‑statement analysis and strategic questioning.
