Senior Key Account Manager – Food Partners (Porto)

About the role

Glovo is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead a portfolio of top food partners in Porto. You will build strong relationships, drive growth through promotions and marketing, and ensure partners deliver excellent service to Glovo customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain proactive communication with top food partners, conducting regular business reviews.
• Analyse portfolio performance and KPIs, creating action plans to meet targets and company OKRs.
• Negotiate promotions, marketing activations, menu performance improvements and commission terms.
• Sign preferred partnership agreements and optimise partner visibility using marketing kits and merchandising.
• Identify and reactivate churned or inactive partners, improving operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of high‑performance account management or business consultancy experience.
• Background in FMCG, food‑hospitality or on‑demand delivery is preferred.
• Native Portuguese and fluent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, commercial and project‑management abilities.
