Senior Key Account Manager – Construction Solutions

About the role

Effisus is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to drive commercial growth in Lisbon. You will develop new business opportunities, manage strategic accounts and position our building‑envelope solutions on major construction and refurbishment projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue business opportunities within the Portuguese construction market.
• Maintain and grow relationships with architects, developers, main contractors, engineering consultants and specialist subcontractors.
• Lead technical and specification sales processes, ensuring our products are selected in project specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on‑site project support and technical guidance.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction, building materials, façade, waterproofing, insulation or related technical sectors.
• Strong commercial and business‑development background with a consultative sales approach.
• Demonstrated ability to work with architects, consultants, contractors or developers.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Based in the Greater Lisbon area.
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture or a construction‑related field is preferred.
