Senior Insurance Account Executive

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Senior Insurance Account Executive to join its Corporate Client Relationship Management team in Porto, supporting the growth and management of a portfolio of corporate clients. The role is hybrid, with at least three days a week spent in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex corporate clients with autonomy and accountability
• Drive new business opportunities within this segment and support portfolio growth
• Deliver tailored solutions to clients, coordinating input from other areas of expertise when needed
• Ensure high-quality service delivery, including renewal and servicing processes
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to long-term retention and commercial success

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Management, Law or a similar field
• At least 5 years of experience working with non-life insurance for corporate clients
• Solid knowledge of Property & Liability insurance policies
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Nice to have: proven experience managing large accounts, proactive and solution-oriented profile, sales-driven profile

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
