Senior FP&A Expert

About the role

Tekever is looking for a Senior FP&A Expert to provide high‑quality financial insight and analysis that supports strategic business decisions. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders across multiple geographies, translating operational performance into actionable financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the budget cycle and long‑range planning processes across the organisation.
• Own and continuously improve monthly and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models covering revenue, headcount, OPEX, CAPEX, cash flow and profitability.
• Partner with business leaders to establish realistic financial plans and targets, and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Lead monthly business performance reviews, analysing actuals versus budget, forecast and prior periods.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting or a similar analytical finance environment.
• Proven ability to operate in a high‑growth, rapidly changing environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect financial performance with operational drivers.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong familiarity with financial planning and BI tools.
• Experience working with large datasets.
