About the role
The Financial Analyst will act as a business partner to the Plant Manager, delivering accurate and timely financial information on production load plans, site expenses, cost‑saving initiatives and other key metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Plant Finance Manager with month‑end closing, forecast and profit‑plan processes, including variance analysis and balanced scorecard preparation.
- Support CAPEX initiatives, fixed‑asset control, and CAR preparation for the Haina site.
- Evaluate cost‑reduction projects and their impact on the P&L, and contribute to continuous‑improvement projects.
- Lead system implementations and upgrades, recommending process improvements and ensuring SOX compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in a similar finance role within a manufacturing environment.
- Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with AS400, Oracle and Mapics systems.
- Strong PC knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
