Senior DevOps Engineer (French required)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, administer, automate and optimise containerised environments using Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes. The role will involve managing CI/CD and GitOps pipelines, implementing Infrastructure as Code, supporting development teams with application onboarding and ensuring platform performance, observability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, administer and optimise Red Hat OpenShift clusters across on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Tekton and ArgoCD.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible and Helm.
• Support development teams in onboarding applications and promote cloud‑native best practices.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana and ELK.
• Integrate security practices into pipelines, including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, RBAC and network policies.
• Troubleshoot platform and infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of DevOps experience with strong containerisation background.
• Fluent/native French is required.
• Strong communication, autonomy, problem‑solving and technical leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in an Agile, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes administration.
• Terraform and Ansible.
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Tekton, ArgoCD.
• Linux, networking and IT security.
• Scripting in Python, Bash or Go.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP (plus).
• Knowledge of micro‑services architectures.
• Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes certifications (EX280, EX288, CKA, CKAD) – plus.
