Senior Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end Salesforce projects for our clients in the banking and financial services sector. Based in Lisbon and working in a hybrid model, you will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery, high client satisfaction and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate full‑cycle Salesforce implementations, from design to go‑live.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams of 10+ consultants, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Deliver complex, high‑visibility projects with multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines and demanding environments.
• Own project delivery accountability, monitor progress, mitigate risks and ensure quality outcomes.
• Engage senior client leadership, provide clear communication and manage expectations.

Required profile

• Senior professional with proven experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role on Salesforce projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams of ten or more and drive results.
• Strong track record delivering complex projects in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English; experience in banking or financial services is a plus.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform expertise.
• Knowledge of Agentforce and intelligent process automation.
• Agile methodology experience.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
