Senior CRM Account Manager – Oporto or Lisbon

About the role

As a Senior Account Manager focused on CRM solutions, you will drive growth in Portugal by prospecting new business, nurturing existing client relationships and delivering tailored Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Manage and expand an existing customer portfolio, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Develop lasting partnerships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Lead proposal preparation, negotiate service terms and close deals.
• Contribute to the annual marketing plan and its execution.
• Strengthen relationships with key strategic partners.

Required profile

• Degree in Management, Management Informatics or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Proven track record selling CRM solutions, especially Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and commercial acumen.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, flexible environment and work collaboratively.
