Global Artwork Coordinator (Launches)

About the role

Viatris is hiring a Global Artwork Coordinator (Launches) in Lisbon. The role supports the company's growth and regulatory objectives by leading artwork coordination for regional launch and lifecycle management projects. It covers artwork templates, mock-ups and submission-only artworks for Marketing Authorisation applications and non-marketed product licence updates, keeping artwork aligned with regulatory timelines and managing pictogram governance and INN and strength colour standards for non-branded products. It is an individual contributor role.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritise submission artwork requests so they are delivered on time according to regulatory submission timelines and business priorities.
• Create and maintain submission artwork templates and mock-ups meeting regulatory, technical and commercial requirements.
• Develop clear, accurate design briefs for artwork vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct design and compliance reviews in line with EMA and national Health Authority requirements.
• Own Centralized Procedure artwork templates, including lifecycle management and regulatory and technical updates.
• Validate technical packaging data against Viatris standards before release to affiliate markets.
• Coordinate artwork change controls in TrackWise and keep related documentation.
• Monitor and report artwork project status, KPIs and performance metrics, and escalate artwork-related risks and issues.
• Manage the end-to-end pictogram process and allocation of INN and strength colours for non-branded product launches.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical artwork.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in coordination and/or project management.
• Regulatory affairs experience is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of packaging site technical requirements.
• Ability to read technical documents and explain problems and solutions in English.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation, with attention to detail and quality.
