Senior Corporate Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our fast‑growing renewable‑energy group. The successful candidate will provide legal support throughout the full project lifecycle, from permitting to execution, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth commercial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the legal operations of a portfolio of companies within an international organisation.
• Negotiate a wide range of global commercial transactions, including sales agreements, partnership deals and deeds.
• Advise internal stakeholders on key issues and risks in commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with internal standards.
• Collaborate with business units to develop and streamline a scalable contracting process.
• Address ad‑hoc legal matters that arise in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
• Provide flexible availability to attend meetings across multiple time zones.

Required profile

• Excellent negotiation, drafting and communication abilities, with a proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strong autonomy and decisive decision‑making skills.
• Understanding of privacy, data‑protection and information‑security issues, with experience negotiating related agreements.
• Solid knowledge of the legal system and corporate law.
• Highly organised, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent written and spoken Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
