Corporate Lawyer – Renewable Energy Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to support our renewable‑energy projects across the full lifecycle, from permitting to execution. The role will ensure regulatory compliance and help drive successful implementation for our international portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the legal operations of a group of companies within an international organisation.
• Negotiate a wide range of global commercial transactions, including sales agreements, partnership deals and deeds.
• Advise internal stakeholders on key issues and risks in commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with internal standards.
• Develop and streamline a scalable contracting process together with internal business clients.
• Provide ad‑hoc legal support as needed to sustain a fast‑growing, innovative global company.
• Coordinate with teams across different time zones, requiring flexible working hours.

Required profile

• Excellent negotiation, drafting and communication abilities.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and decision‑making autonomy.
• Understanding of privacy, data‑protection and information‑security issues.
• Sound knowledge of law and the legal system.
• Razor‑sharp organisational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English.
