Senior Controller (Real Estate Experience)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Controller with real‑estate experience to lead our finance function. In this role you will safeguard the accuracy of financial information, support strategic growth initiatives and ensure robust financial controls across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate financial reporting and business insights to support decision‑making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance‑management processes.
• Provide financial analysis for growth projects and strategic investments.
• Monitor key financial and operational indicators across the business.
• Strengthen governance, risk management and internal control practices.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reporting quality.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on business planning and long‑term objectives.
• Maintain a strong financial and compliance framework.
• Contribute to the evaluation and execution of business and investment opportunities.
• Support the development of a high‑performing, value‑added finance function.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of relevant experience, including solid controller experience.
• Previous experience in a Big 4 environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience working with auditors, accounting service providers and financial institutions.
• Fluent English.
• Previous experience in an investment, project‑based or asset‑intensive environment is a strong advantage.
