Senior Consultant/Manager – Corporate Strategy (Big Four)

About the role

Join a leading Big Four professional services firm as a Senior Consultant/Manager in the Corporate Strategy practice. You will work on high‑impact strategic projects for local and international clients, collaborating with C‑level stakeholders and diverse, multicultural teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting engagements, delivering analyses, insights and actionable recommendations.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
• Support the definition and execution of corporate and business strategies, including market assessments and portfolio optimization.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations and reports for decision‑makers.
• Drive business development activities such as proposal preparation and client outreach.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional growth.
• Participate in internal initiatives related to thought leadership, marketing, employer branding and recruitment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting or corporate strategy.
• Proven project‑management experience with client‑facing responsibilities.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive, results‑oriented attitude.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Portuguese.
