Senior Business Travel Specialist – French Speaker (Remote/Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Travel Specialist who is fluent in French to join a leading global corporate travel management provider. The role is based in Portugal and can be performed fully remotely or in a hybrid model from Lisbon. You will ensure seamless travel experiences for corporate clients in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee complex itineraries, including flights, rail, accommodation and ancillary services.
• Deliver exceptional service via chat, phone and email, proactively resolving issues and handling urgent requests.
• Guide clients in using proprietary self‑service tools and mobile applications to increase booking efficiency.
• Ensure all travel arrangements comply with client‑specific policies and service level agreements.
• Participate in team discussions on industry trends and provide feedback to improve processes.

Required profile

• Full professional fluency in French (C1 level, written and spoken).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate travel consultancy.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with a GDS (Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo).
• Familiarity with collaboration and support tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Slack and Google Workspace.
• Strong multitasking abilities, solution‑oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Availability for rotating shift patterns (Monday–Sunday, 07:00–23:00).
• Bonus: proficiency in German, Spanish or Italian.
