Senior Business Consultant – Operations & Process Advisory

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Consultant to provide expert advisory and consulting services on business operations and internal processes for our clients. The role involves leading short‑term and long‑term projects, analysing complex situations and delivering innovative solutions that improve profitability for both Cedrela and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, support, organise and execute assigned business projects in line with client requirements.
• Develop detailed business plans, conduct assessments, gather information through interviews, surveys and shadowing, and analyse data to identify weaknesses.
• Prepare concise reports with findings, recommendations and tailored solutions, and present them to client executives.
• Provide high‑level advisory on operations and internal processes, arrange training, and support implementation.
• Monitor project progress, adjust plans as needed, and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3‑6 years of experience as a business advisor, preferably in finance and accounting, with project‑management exposure.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive learning attitude and ability to work under tight deadlines.
