Senior Business Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join our international consulting team, bridging projects between Luanda, Angola and our economics and IT hubs in Aberdeen and Lisbon. The role is based in Portugal and involves occasional travel to Angola, offering exposure to high‑profile government clients and complex, data‑driven projects.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor information sources and produce regular reports.
• Gather client requirements, design blueprints and mock‑ups.
• Implement strategic visions and improve best‑practice processes.
• Analyse, test and roll out complex consulting procedures.
• Map processes and support the implementation of new business solutions.
• Develop and maintain internal and external cross‑functional partnerships.

Required profile

• Based in Portugal (or willing to relocate).
• Minimum 4 years of consultancy experience.
• Fluent Portuguese with strong written and reporting skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Background in management, economics or business administration.
• University degree (post‑graduate qualification is advantageous but not required).
• Positive attitude, easy‑going personality and good team spirit.
