Senior Business Analyst – Finance & Leadership

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst will lead the analysis of financial and statistical data for the Core Channels Finance & Profitability unit. Reporting to senior management, you will drive budgeting, forecasting, and profitability insights while supervising a team of analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the analysis of financial performance against key business metrics and document highlights for budget and goal tracking.
• Oversee data management from multiple sources, design automation solutions, and improve process efficiency.
• Lead the Retail & Business Core Channels budget for nine divisions, including PR, VI, and Telebanco.
• Manage the annual business planning process, monitor cost‑center performance, and coordinate adjustments.
• Develop forecast models for key performance drivers and submit them to the comptroller.
• Submit, monitor, and explain monthly accounting entries in SAP Logon, EPM, and other financial systems.
• Allocate branch expenses, analyze profitability, and provide recommendations to enhance channel performance.
• Conduct branch time studies, validate survey questions, and monitor net‑income results to identify key drivers.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in finance, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise analyst teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with cost‑center structures and multi‑division budgets.
