Senior Brand & Visual Designer

About the role

Zühlke is seeking a Senior Brand & Visual Designer to own and evolve its visual brand expression across all communication channels. This hands‑on role combines design creation with the development of guidelines, tools and AI‑enabled workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Create and evolve visual brand assets for campaigns, presentations, social media, reports, events and internal communications.
• Maintain and update brand guidelines, templates and assets to ensure consistent high quality.
• Collaborate with digital and campaign teams, using A/B testing and performance insights to improve creative concepts.
• Manage brand platforms and tools such as Brand Hub and Templafy, simplifying the ecosystem.
• Explore AI‑supported design workflows and enable self‑service creation of brand‑compliant materials.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience in visual, graphic or brand design with an outstanding portfolio.
• Excellent visual judgement and ability to translate ideas and messages into compelling design.
• Hands‑on design skills across formats, especially PowerPoint and presentation design.
• Experience with established brands, design systems, guidelines and templates.
• Interest in design performance, A/B testing and creative optimisation.
