Senior Athlete Recruiter – Independent Contractor

About the role

DM Private Chefs Elite™ is expanding its roster of elite athletes and needs a senior recruiter to drive new chef service contracts. This is a fully remote, commission‑only position where you operate as an independent service provider.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact athletes, their managers and agents using provided leads or your own network.
• Present the private‑chef and performance‑meal service, negotiate terms and close monthly contracts.
• Transfer signed agreements to operations and support the initial tasting session.
• Maintain your own sales pipeline, track progress and report results.

Required profile

• Strong network within the European and U.S. sports scene, especially football and NBA.
• Proven record of closing premium B2C or sponsorship deals on a commission basis.
• Fluent English with excellent pitch and negotiation skills.
• Ability to issue valid invoices as a sole trader or company in Portugal or the EU.
