Senior Account Manager – CRM (Porto/Lisbon)

About the role

ARQUICONSULT is a multinational company specializing in Microsoft‑based business solutions and ERP systems. As a Senior Account Manager you will drive growth by expanding market presence and strengthening client relationships in Portugal. You will work closely with prospects and existing customers to deliver CRM solutions that add real value.

Key responsibilities

• Drive commercial prospecting and qualify leads to build the business pipeline.
• Manage and nurture an existing customer portfolio, identifying new opportunities.
• Lead the execution of proposals and negotiate service conditions.
• Play an active role in shaping and executing the annual marketing plan.
• Enhance and deepen relationships with key partners.

Required profile

• Degree in Management, Management Informatics or a related field (preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar senior account role.
• Proven expertise in selling CRM solutions, especially Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Flexibility and resilience to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
