Security Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Security Program Manager to lead information security initiatives for a global technology‑driven client in the insurance and digital services sector. The role works closely with senior leadership to translate security strategy into actionable programs and ensure effective governance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CISO to define and convert security strategy into a structured program roadmap.
• Structure and manage the Information Security program, tracking initiatives, milestones, dependencies and success metrics.
• Establish and run the program’s operating cadence, including tracking sessions, reviews and executive reporting.
• Monitor portfolio progress, proactively identify risks, dependencies and delivery gaps, and ensure timely resolution or escalation.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in program or project management within Information Security or IT environments.
• Strong familiarity with governance frameworks, risk management and security operations.

Required skills

• Experience with Monday.com or similar program‑management platforms.
• Ability to build and maintain reporting dashboards.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks and risk‑management processes.
• Understanding of security operations and the use of automation or AI‑powered tools to improve reporting and efficiency.
