Security Operations Officer – IT & Cloud Security

About the role

We are seeking a Security Operations Officer to ensure our IT products meet PrimeIT’s security standards throughout their lifecycle. The role involves defining security requirements, supporting control implementation, and coordinating assessments across a multicultural, distributed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure IT products comply with Group Security standards during the entire product lifecycle.
• Define security requirements and collaborate with product and development teams to implement controls.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee security assessments, testing, and vulnerability management activities.
• Own and drive security remediation plans, track progress, and ensure effective risk mitigation.
• Produce security process documentation, facilitate governance meetings, and support compliance initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in Information Security and IT.
• Strong knowledge of security standards and frameworks (ISO 2700x), SSDLC, IAM, vulnerability management, and security testing.
• Experience with Azure cloud security, encryption, secure protocols, and security control implementation.
• Ability to work effectively in complex, multicultural, and geographically distributed environments.
• Fluent English (C1); French, GDPR, ITIL, and Operational Resilience are a plus.
