About the role

The Seasonal Sales Associate supports Victoria’s Secret & Co during peak periods at the Plaza Las Americas location. You will engage customers, drive sales, and ensure a high‑standard shopping experience while representing the brand’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store sales by actively selling to customers and promoting promotions.
• Engage shoppers, read cues, and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Assist customers in finding the perfect bra fit through effective questioning.
• Operate the cash wrap, process transactions accurately, and suggest additional items at checkout.
• Process and replenish merchandise to keep the sales floor stocked and visually appealing.
• Execute floorset activities in line with brand standards.
• Support additional projects such as markdowns, re‑tickets, and out‑of‑stock management.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work a flexible, seasonal schedule.
