Search Language Specialist - Nordic Languages

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Search Language Specialist for a tech localization role in Lisbon, Portugal, in partnership with a leading technology company. The client is a pure-play QA and testing services provider that helps software companies avoid defects that can lead to lost clients, broken processes, revenue loss, security breaches or regulatory violations.

Required profile

• Native level in one Nordic language, plus a second Nordic language at C1 (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish or Swedish)
• High or native English level (minimum C1)
• Preferably experience in linguistics, translation or linguistic mediation

Required skills

• IT skills such as quality assurance, technical support, software engineering, computational linguistics, technical pre/post sales, data analysis or testing and localization
• Strong communication skills, empathy and a customer-oriented, positive attitude
