Scrum Master – Agile Project Lead

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is looking for a proactive Scrum Master who will guide multidisciplinary teams in delivering high‑value software solutions. You will work in an Agile environment, fostering collaboration, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile practices and help them adopt Scrum principles.
• Identify and resolve impediments, ensuring follow‑up actions are completed.
• Monitor team performance using metrics and simple reporting.
• Analyze the relationship between team practices and delivery outcomes.
• Propose and track continuous‑improvement initiatives based on data and observations.
• Anticipate risks, dependencies and blockers, managing them until resolution.
• Contribute to improving predictability, quality and efficiency of deliveries.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM I or CSM) required.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Ability to identify causal relationships between practices and team performance.
• Solid technical knowledge to interact effectively with development teams.
• Proactive attitude with strong ownership and execution skills.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset with excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Team‑player who enjoys collaborative work and continuous learning.
