SAP Order to Cash Consultant – Senior Associate

About the role

As a SAP Order to Cash Consultant – Senior Associate, you will help clients optimise their customer relationship management processes within PwC's SAP practice. You will analyse client requirements, implement SAP CRM solutions and provide training to ensure seamless adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and design SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions.
• Manage integration and utilisation of SAP CRM applications to improve Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients for successful system adoption.
• Collaborate with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve strategic goals.
• Develop business process improvements and model operational efficiencies.
• Build strong client relationships and anticipate team and client needs.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Preference for a Master’s or MBA in Business Administration/Management or Computer Science/Information Systems.
