SAP Digital Engagement Manager

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting, for its client in Lisbon, a SAP Digital Customer Manager. The client is an European provider of IT services, infrastructure management, engineering and R&D, and business services, working closely with customers beyond the contract. The role covers the handover from sales to delivery, customer onboarding and support for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.

Key responsibilities

• Support the handover from sales to delivery and the onboarding of customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
• Contribute to onboarding and transitioning customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
• Orchestrate service and project delivery according to planned scope, budget and milestones.
• Support de-escalation of critical customer situations and major incidents together with MIM, the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Customer Office and SAP Product Support.
• Contribute to customer release and maintenance activities and support problem management and continuous improvement.
• Liaise with SAP user stakeholders, especially the virtual customer success partner, to ensure customer success.
• Review account status and analyse whether an account should be moved to another team as its volume or complexity grows.
• Ensure systematic and faster onboarding of associates through mandatory training documentation and continuous knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in multi-national software or IT organisations.
• 2+ years of SAP Basis S/4HANA knowledge.
• 2+ years of cloud knowledge, for example through solution management, consulting or delivery program management.
• Mandatory languages: German, Dutch and Greek.

Required skills

• SAP Basis with at least 4 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with the HANA database.
• Mandatory experience in SAP upgrade and migration (OS/DB).
• Experience integrating SaaS products such as Ariba, Salesforce or C4S with the SAP landscape is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
