Sample Procurer

About the role

Bosch Car Multimedia, part of the Bosch Group's Automotive Electronics division, is looking for a Sample Procurer in Braga. You will act as a key contact within the Sample Shop, ensuring that samples, new parts, materials and tools are available in line with project requirements and deadlines, and coordinating procurement with suppliers, project teams and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the procurement of new parts, samples and tools according to project requirements and timelines.
• Plan and prioritize purchasing activities based on project needs and deadlines.
• Manage purchasing and material activities in SAP, keeping information accurate and up to date.
• Support sample planning and procurement for A, B and C samples.
• Monitor material availability, deliveries and open purchase orders, identifying potential risks or delays.
• Negotiate prices, delivery dates and purchasing conditions with suppliers.
• Resolve procurement and delivery issues and follow them through to closure.
• Report clearly and on time on material availability, purchasing status and risks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of purchasing, material tracking and sample procurement processes.

Required profile

• Degree or professional qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, material planning, supply chain or a comparable function; experience with suppliers and project-related procurement is an advantage.
• Good command of English, able to communicate with international suppliers and stakeholders.
• Structured, organized and solution-oriented, comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and prioritizing by project deadlines.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAP and purchasing or material management processes.
• Understanding of sample planning and procurement, ideally including A, B and C samples.
• Good negotiation, supplier management and material tracking skills.
• Confident use of MS Office and standard digital tools.
