Salesforce Architect – Design & Governance of CRM Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect to define and govern the architectural vision for customer service and CRM solutions across our Salesforce ecosystem. You will shape scalable solution designs, data models, integration patterns, and governance standards that enable consistent and efficient delivery of business capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define the target architecture and strategic roadmap for Salesforce‑based solutions.
• Design scalable and maintainable application, data, and integration architectures.
• Establish and enforce Salesforce architecture standards, governance practices, and design principles.
• Lead the design of complex CRM and customer‑service capabilities across multiple business domains.
• Define data models, security models, and information architecture.
• Create integration strategies linking Salesforce with enterprise applications and external services.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle and ensure compliance with security, performance, scalability, and operational requirements.
• Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and recommend platform improvements.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Architect, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proven track record designing enterprise‑scale CRM solutions.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.
