Sales Team Leader – Call Center

About the role

Konecta, a multinational BPO leader, is looking for a Sales Team Leader to drive performance and quality within its call‑centre operations in Lisbon. You will coach, motivate and develop a team of Sales Agents, ensuring they meet sales targets while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Sales Agents.
• Monitor individual and team performance against sales and operational targets.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback and performance support.
• Identify development opportunities and implement action plans to improve results.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, processes and business guidelines.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and maximizing business results.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, high‑performance team environment.
• Act as the main point of contact between the team and management.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or similar leadership role, preferably in sales or a call‑centre environment.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese.
• Advanced English (C1 level).
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Analytical ability to monitor and interpret KPIs.
• Proactive, organized and results‑driven.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Native or bilingual Portuguese.
• Advanced English (C1).
