Sales Representative - Ponce

About the role

The Sales Representative will promote and sell MCS Advantage’s Medicare‑eligible products to beneficiaries and providers in the Ponce area. The role focuses on generating referrals, conducting product orientations, and assisting clients through enrollment and PCP selection.

Key responsibilities

• Generate referrals by participating in MCS‑sponsored activities and follow up on assigned leads within 48 business hours.
• Schedule and conduct at least four daily visits to beneficiaries or providers for product orientation.
• Submit complete enrollment forms and orientation authorization cards to the Service Center.
• Maintain daily communication with the supervisor to validate progress and results.
• Deliver daily reports summarizing the previous day’s work and meet weekly/monthly sales quotas.
• Assist beneficiaries with enrollment and Primary Care Provider selection, ensuring all documentation is accurate.

Required profile

• High School Diploma with a minimum of three years sales experience, preferably in health insurance, or 60 college credits plus one year sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license in Puerto Rico.
• Valid Health Services License (unlicensed or provisional candidates must commit to certification).
