Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will lead orientations and presentations to sell or renew MCS Advantage’s Medicare‑related products to eligible clients across multiple regions in Puerto Rico. The role focuses on generating referrals, conducting visits, and ensuring proper enrollment and orientation compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Generate referrals by participating in MCS‑sponsored activities and handle assigned leads within 48 business hours.
• Make at least four daily visits to beneficiaries or providers to provide product orientation.
• Submit complete enrollment forms and verify orientation authorization cards before forwarding to the supervisor.
• Maintain daily contact with the immediate supervisor to validate progress and results.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales quotas while complying with company policies and applicable laws.

Required profile

• High School Diploma with at least three years of sales experience, preferably in health insurance, or 60 college credits plus one year of sales experience.
• Current health services license (or provisional license with passing the Commissioner of Insurance exam on first attempt).
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable car in good condition.
• Intermediate proficiency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension).
