Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing sales team, drive revenue growth and expand market share while upholding the highest ethical standards. The role involves coaching sales counselors, managing day‑to‑day operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, mentor and supervise a sales staff to meet or exceed location sales quotas.
• Ensure sales counselors follow approved sales methods, pricing guidelines and compliance procedures.
• Develop and execute marketing programs tailored to local demographics and community events.
• Review contracts for regulatory compliance, approve discounts and prepare financial control reports.
• Maintain sales rooms, marketing materials, training manuals and sales equipment in a professional environment.
• Monitor competitor pricing and adjust strategies to protect market share.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3‑5 years of proven sales management experience.
• Previous experience as a sales counselor or supervisor is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; insurance license where required by law.
• Ability to work flexible hours and maintain confidentiality.
