About the role

Join Sally Beauty, the world’s largest hair and beauty supplier, as a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor. You will create memorable shopping experiences, guide customers through hair, cosmetics, skin care and nail products, and receive extensive product training.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products and inform customers of promotions.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise for sales events.
• Enroll customers in the Loyalty program and complete transactions accurately.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.

Required profile

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work around moving parts, carts, or machines and occasional exposure to fumes.
• Physical ability to bend, crouch, stoop, stretch, reach, and lift moderately heavy items.
